Building on this legacy, MS Industry manufactures a diverse range of high-quality motorcycle spare parts, including our renowned shock absorbers, distributed through a dealer network of over 600 retailers nationwide. Many of these precision-engineered components are also used in our electric bikes and scooters, providing a proven foundation of durability, reliability, and performance. By leveraging decades of expertise in traditional motorcycle parts alongside cutting-edge EV technology, we ensure that every MS Jaguar vehicle embodies exceptional build quality, meticulous attention to detail, and a seamless integration of legacy engineering with modern innovation.

Facilities & Capabilities

MS Jaguar’s production facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery designed for precision, efficiency, and quality. Our capabilities include:

Laser welding machines for high-precision frame and component assembly
German paint shops ensuring premium, durable finishes
State-of-the-art conveyor belt assembly lines for streamlined production of electric bikes and scooters
Advanced tooling and equipment to support every step of EV manufacturing, from chassis assembly to final inspection

Our end-to-end production process covers every stage: frame fabrication → welding → painting → battery integration → final quality control, ensuring that each vehicle meets the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability.

Battery Technology

MS Jaguar was the first in Pakistan to adopt Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery technology and remains the largest user. Our LFP battery systems are researched, developed, and assembled locally, giving us full control over:

Longevity and low maintenance

This enables our electric two-wheelers to achieve ranges of up to 170 km on a single charge, redefining urban commuting in Pakistan.
